About
Kimberly Rosborough
I approach treatment with a passion, enthusiasm, and training that has made me a respected professional in the Spartanburg community for over 25 years. I am committed to a philosophy of healing that is founded in respect and a desire to identify and build on existing strengths and the family as a system. I believe strongly in partnering with parents and other involved professionals to help children reach their full potential. I believe that growth and change occur in the context of a caring, therapeutic relationship. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, complicated grief, medical trauma in children, post traumatic stress disorder, and high conflict divorce cases.
