Individual Therapy involves establishing a therapeutic relationship with the child or adolescent to resolve symptoms of psychological distress, relationship problems, and difficulties coping with life.

Groups and workshops are developed and utilized to help children, adolescents, and parents with common issues. They usually have a

psychoeducational component to develop and practice skills to improve functioning.

Family Therapy is designed to improve family functioning, increase positive communication, and reduce negative behavior within family interactions.
